Refunds:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds unless the product arrived faulty, incorrect, or not as described. However, we do allow exchanges!
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available within a 30-day period of purchasing for your peace of mind. Whether it was due to the incorrect size being purchased, not being satisfied with the product, ordered the wrong product, or change of mind, you are able to exchange your product for another size of the same product or another product and pay the difference. If you do not wish to choose either another size of the same product or another product, you can also select store credit which can be used at any time with no expiration date. Exchanges are at no additional cost.
Rules Of Exchanges:
1) The product must not have been used under any circumstances. If the product you wish to exchange can be identified as used, we have the right to refuse an exchange.
2) You must provide proof of purchase to be eligible for an exchange. This can be via a payment confirmation, invoice, or order confirmation.
3) You must apply for the exchange within 30 days of ordering the product for the exchange to be deemed eligible.
Processing An Exchange:
To apply for an exchange, you can contact us at. returns@shoedealer.com.au
1) You choose the product you would like to exchange for, or store credit if you wish. The product you wish to exchange for is then placed on hold for you.
2) We will then provide you with a return shipping label and take you through the process of repackaging the product to processing it for shipping.
3) Once the package has arrived at the designated address that we provide you with, we’ll inspect the product and update you with an approval or decline for exchange with reasoning.
4) If the product is approved, we’ll reconfirm the product you wish to receive/store credit.
5) We’ll then ship out your package with the product you wished to be exchanged for an update you with the tracking information. If you choose store credit, you will receive a custom discount code for your purchase which can be used by you at any time for the value of the purchase.
In the case your product was rejected for a return, we will ship back your package.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
